SNAKESKIN MAG is live! a zine for creative liberation & collective aid

Dear reader,

I’m so excited to share that SNAKESKIN MAG is officially live! 🎉

This journey began in Summer 2024, and along the way, I’ve navigated contractions, creative ebbs and flows, and the practice of trusting divine timing. It took longer than expected, but if there’s one thing this process has taught me, it’s patience—with myself, with the unfolding, and with the abundant support that surrounds us (whether we always see it or not).

This zine features 10 powerful, transformative creations. As I was putting it together, I found myself in tears moved by the depth of expression within these pages. Creativity is a force for emotional and spiritual liberation, and my sincere wish is that this zine reminds you of the power in offering your life force energy to the world around you through the sacred act of creative expression.

A note on proceeds: When I first called for submissions, I intended to donate 90%+ of the proceeds. But as I moved through the realities of producing this zine—covering software costs, navigating my own financial sustainability, and honoring my energetic capacity—I realized I needed to adjust that plan. 50% of all proceeds will now be donated to the MATW Project for Palestinian aid. Donations will be sent on the 27th of each month, with the first contribution on 3/27/2025.

While raising funds for Palestine is deeply important to me, I also want this zine to land in the hands of those it’s meant to reach. Let it be so! ✨
