Intentional tattoos are tattoos imbued with an intention of your choice. You will be inspired to return to your intention in your daily life because we will focus on it together during the tattooing session, as I am creating the tattoo and as you are receiving it.
With my 4+ years of devoted mindfulness practice, I will lead us through a brief grounding visualization centering around your intention prior to the session, and remind you periodically throughout the session to return to your intention.
